1. Overview
CC-TAON01 is the dedicated simplex non-redundant IOTA terminal base for Honeywell CC-PAOX01 8-channel non-HART analog output module. It belongs to Series C I/O termination assembly, installed on C300 rack backplane, with CC-PAOX01 plugged vertically above. It has no HART communication circuit, only suitable for conventional non-smart 4–20mA actuators without HART positioners. Equipped with 8 groups of vibration-resistant screw terminals for field wiring, built-in per-channel surge suppression and galvanic isolation circuit to prevent field short-circuit and surge from damaging the AO module and rack backplane. Supports hot-swap maintenance of the matched CC-PAOX01 module without cabinet power cut, coated with G3 conformal coating, widely deployed in non-redundant control cabinets for power, petrochemical, water treatment and metallurgy general regulating valve control loops.
